The Prince-pirates, a tale co-created with our fans

06.01.2018

Once upon a time, there was a princess called Gala who, like all princesses, lived in her castle. Far from the forest, the city and what she loved most: the sea.

One afternoon, she heard a man from the city speaking with her father, apparently, he was selling him fresh fish, as he had a shop near the port. Gala’s eyes lit up and she thought: If he has a shop in the port …  that’s near the sea!

She hid in this man’s carriage, and after a few hours, when she finally saw the sea, she got out. In a hidden corner of the port she saw a boy practicing sword fighting. She went up to him and asked him his name, from that moment, Gala and Robert became close friends. He taught her everything he knew about swords and ships, and she taught him about castles and princesses.

That same day they bought a boat with the money they had, and they set out to sea in search of their first adventure. They had to rescue Robert’s brother, a prince who had been kidnapped by the crown hunter. Only the giant serpent on the sheet knew where the prince was.

Gala and Robert survived dangerous sea storms, beat sea monsters and toucans with teeth like sharks. When they finally set foot on land, they found a sheet full of animals, but they were not like the ones in the schoolbooks. There were vegetarian lions, wild giraffes, very small elephants and timid snakes. They found the large snake and it told them that the crown hunter had hundreds of princes and princesses locked up in Fear Island.

Without thinking twice, Robert and Gala turned the ship back to Fear Island.

When they were nearly there, they saw something they had never seen before coming out of the water: a giant two-headed crocodile! It was the crown hunter, who was able to turn himself into any sea monster.

Gala and Robert had a plan. They jumped into the water, left the ship sailing on its own and when the crocodile went to attack the ship, Gala and Robert went to the island, freed all the princes and princesses, stole the crown hunter’s ship and they all set sail for home.

That’s how princess Gala became a feared and intrepid pirate, Robert found his brother and all the rescued princes and princesses became the pirate-crew of Robert and Gala’s ship.

Princes and princesses, who are now pirates and look for new adventures sailing in the ship called THE PRINCE-PIRATES.

What do you think their next adventure will be?

Mother's day
To reward or give prizes to children for good behaviour or because they have done some household chores very well or obtained good school marks is an excellent way to stimulate them and strengthen their self-esteem. It’s not necessary to purchase expensive gifts; the best rewards are immaterial! Such as praise applause and hugs. In this handcraft, we propose accompanying these immaterial “gifts” with felt and EVA foam medals to reward their achievements and make the kids happy and proud.... Read more
